Who is going to BritMums 2016?

So, who is going to Britmums 2016? I am hoping to see some of my tribe there, and hopefully I might get to fangirl at some of my idols – You Baby Me Mummy for one. Her blog is just a goldmine of brilliant information for newbie blogger.

I was actually at BritMums last year. I was there for work, but also pondering at the time about starting my own blog (which I did in July!). It was so massively useful – there were brilliant seminars, speeches, little crafty stalls. I loved it.

One thing I noticed was that instead of signing up for things, lots of bloggers were using business cards! Being a lover of all things stationery, I had to get in on the action!

I wanted to get mini-cards rather than full size ones (because cute) and after a bit of internet browsing decided to go with Moo Cards. They seemed like good value and I could also get a dinky little holder for a few pounds. Hooked!

Quick delivery!
Quick delivery!

The delivery was nice and quick, and they were really easy to design, with a drag and drop set up. You can choose from a variety of fonts, and you can have designs on the front and the back. I’m a bit annoyed I didn’t figure out how to centre the text, as I would have preferred the way that looked – next time! I’d also have preferred them to be matte, but I think that I would have to pay more for an option like that, and for the price I can’t complain too much!

I was also happy with the little dispenser – considering how cheap it was I thought it might fall apart after a day of using it but I think it will last, and it’s aesthetically pleasing. Win!

All in all, I’m really pleased with them and can’t wait to use them at BritMums!

Are any of you bringing business cards? I’d love to see yours!

***This isn’t a sponsored or paid review, I’m just really pleased with my cards!***

  1. Moo cards are awesome. I had some done years ago when I was doing freelance web development. Britmums sounds very interesting. Sadly I’m in Denmark else I’d think about popping along.

  2. ohhh i love your cards! I am afraid I won’t be going to britmums this year. With a new baby travelling up from cornwall is bit far. So sorry I won’t be meeting some of the tribesters face to face! xx
